I believe that would come under the heading of democratic republic (electing is the democratic part and representative to an assembly would be the republic part: the other parts are just rules of the assembly).
Im looking to figure out what type of government this is.
World's are a part of the Alliance but all have thier own government. They however must uphold the laws and rules of the Alliance.
World's are still under the direct govern of the Alliance.
Each world elects a single representative to represent it’s people
The Alliance is lead and represented by the Supreme Representative.
The Supreme Representative also hold the military title of Supreme Commander
The Supreme Representative’s vote or decision can be overused if more than 85% of the members world's vote against it.

Sounds like Galactic Tyranny to me. I'm sure they'd couch it in more PR terms though. Just call it a Popular Democracy Union or something like that and start the spin and you're good.
Looks like a Federal Republic, or the Star Wars pre-empire Republic.
Feederal Republic is what I have listed. I just wanted to be sure it was correct.

Yep, Federal Republic is most likely the best description (my answer was leaving out the "federation" part). If you can work "Democratic" and "People's" into the title, then you'll have something.
It's already called the Sanctity Treaty, as anyone who joins must abide by the rules and laws of the Sanctity Treaty. So the empire/alliance was named after that. but for fun
the People's Democratic Federation of Allied Worlds.
United Federation of Planets works too

Titles starting with The Peoples ... something is often used by communist countries. Just saying, maybe it<s just a coincidence.
United Federation of Planets... (yeah, that's Star Trek, but its also accurate)...

Star Trek's Federation is where the idea of the Sanctity Treaty came from, Canada is another. I love Canada.
The other human faction in my "Ages Universe" is the Rising Nations.
They are a single unified space empire lead by a king. It's more of a Principality. Where the king and his princes lead the military, people and all worlds without each world having it's own say in things.
Then there is the Soronian Syndicate. In this society, there are 3 levels of beings/alien. Workers are the lowest, warriors are next, and the more sentient beings are the dominate. Only the dominate species has the power and governs the lesser ones. I haven't flushed out that government, but I am thinking that there will be 5 ruling families that each take turns being the "President/Prime Minister". even though one person is the leader, all families must vote on things. Once a vite is made, 3 of the 5 must say yes or no before a decision is reached. I am not sure what government type that is.
