I'm looking for someone to produce a series of maps - most of them topographical - to accompany the alternative history novel I have written. Most will be on a tactical scale showing the ebb and flow of combat.

The lion's share of the story transpires in 1940s-era France. I have taken a US Army map circa 1943 and marked the positions and movement of the various units using conventional military map symbols. I have done the same on an 1940s-era Armee de L'Air aerial photograph. These should serve source material, but for copyright reasons the map will have to be recreated from scratch, including terrain contour lines, wooded areas, roads, buildings, etc. And because my efforts are amateurish I need someone who can do a professional job.

The entire suite of work entails 5 tactical topo maps, one larger scale country map and a landscape drawing of a particular terrain feature.

Happy to negotiate a reasonable price.
