Hey everyone! Sorry to bother you but I have a request and was hoping someone would help me with it! Sadly I have very little skill for drawing and was hoping someone could draw the city for my new project. Any help would be appreciated, please feel free to email, comment or PM me with any questions or concerns.

The city in question is a fantasy city set within a world of my own creation; the city has been combining both magic and technology allowing it to do wonderful things. A large walled city that has quickly grown in size it has a total of 13 districts with a mass transit system running between the various districts in the form of a light rail.(The rail system moves above the city and too each of the designated terminals). The other important things to note is that the nobles and rich of the city utilize floating islands which slowly rotate above the city. In all likely hood, the actual rail system and the floating islands don’t need to be drawn but I thought I would mention them.
Population: 12,000 – 15,000
Size: 120 – 180 Acres

The details below are the districts.
1. Sultan’s Seat
- The Sultan’s Seat is at the heart of the city and is one of the more opulent areas. The main feature is the Sultan’s Palace but surrounding it are the other valuable government institutions.
2. Ironworks
- The Ironworks was named such because of the Ironworks Institute which is a mechanical institute focused on using and creating mechanical devices. Overtime, the Ironworks has produced a number of powerful magical and non-magical devices which have drawn numerous individuals towards it. The area surrounding the Ironworks has become a bustling industrial area where several corporations have facilities.
3. The Junkyard
- The Junkyard actually lies outside the city, both physically and in terms of authority. The Junkyard is home to al manner of individuals who wish to escape the oversight of the city or are placed in a situation where they cannot escape. The individuals within this area do not exist on an official records and no official police force operates here.
4. The Plates
- The Plates are one of the worst residential areas in the city; any individual who does not have citizenship papers is relegated to living in the Plates. People live in very cramped conditions
5. The Steps
- The steps is where the majority of middle class citizens live and is located towards the entrance of the city. The steps are well maintained and clean with numerous shops and buildings.
6. Gold Bazaar
- This is the large commercial hub of the city and is where the majority of foreign merchants do business. The gold Bazaar trades in goods which are of rare quality or value and can be purchased individually rather than in bulk. Gems, armor, food, any goods that can be bought for an individual person is normally traded via the Gold Bazaar
7. Silver Bazaar
- This is the second of the two large merchant hubs of the city and is normally used in the exchange of bulk and mundane goods. This is where you can find the majority of ore, lumber, stone or any other resource which is not high in value but would be needed in bulk.
8. Portside
- The port entrance of town, nothing too special here.
9. High Lofts
- The high lofts are the large floating islands around the city are called. Only the rich and powerful can afford to construct homes or facilities on these islands. The richest and most powerful actually have these islands built specifically for them, rather than living with the other nobles. Each stone can be reached via a porthole, but an individual must have the requisite key to enter.
10. Temple District
- This is the location of clerics and priest, each faith has the ability to build a temple wherever they desire but over time a large number have ended up accumulating in the area now known as the Temple District
11. The Castles
- The castles are the military centers of the city; it is the location of soldiers and knights. In addition to training grounds and other facilities, a residential area is set aside that every solider must live in. Privates and all lower ranking individuals must stay in the dormitories while commissioned officers are allowed to live with families in special residential homes determined by rank.
12. Scholar’s Path
- A location of study and learning, many fine academic institutions exist in this area. Several major instutions of learning exist here including the Mages College, Alchemist Guild, Scholar’s Academy, Physicians Center
- The scholar’s Path also has a residential area for students and professors.
13. Terum street
- Terum Street is a commercial area that contains a number of restaurants and services. This is comparable to the red-light district of the city. Terum Street is named after the street which it follows. The buildings right along the street are often gorgeous and kept in pristine condition, the buildings that lay along the allies moving away from the central street contain the seedier establishments.
