Need Help With Mapping For A Tabletop RPG

Hi! I'm new to the forum--about to go and post in the introductions--and I came here because I've always wanted to be able to draw my own maps. I have a friend who asked if I could pull up a map as a replacement for the below map. I'm not necessarily looking for someone to do the entire map for me, but I would certainly love some guidance!

Hascardil - lowlands, forest-y, hills
Praecordia - plains
Soaring/Ruling Courts - Mountains
Shining Court - Forests

Raging Court - Desert
Drowning Court - Hills, warm, flat by coast
Mountains between Raging and Drowning courts, surrounding Judging Court

Tempting Court - Steppes and Mountain Chains
Lauging Court - Coast->Plains->Mountan/valleys
Hanging Court - Plateau and cliffs

Freezing Court - Cold, Mountainous, frosty

Weeping Court - Lowland
Blinding Court - Desert
Grieving Court - Dense forests, floodplains in south

Shielding Court - Rainforests

Whispering Court - Flat island with one mountain in center

Dreaming Court - Forests and hills
Dancing Court - Lowlands and deltas
Lauding Court - Deserts, mountains; forests by coasts and in south

Style

I would like to be the map in the style of this post: https://www.cartographersguild.com/s...ead.php?t=2707. However, I need to retain the shapes and locations of the original continents; I'm not sure how to do so, and that's why I need help.

This is going to be hosted online, so format for the web is a must! The dimensions aren't important, as long as everything is legible.

Time Constraints

Time isn't a biggy--I have two hours a day at school set aside just for working with photoshop; however, I'm still a beginner, so yeah.
