Calling Horns Inn Forgotten Realms

I have a hand drawn map to scale on graph paper of the Calling Horns Inn. It is two levels (ground and basement) and a partial upper floor. It is fully detailed. I am looking for someone to map this in a software program suitable for use with my table-top group. I have stayed true to the canon description as much as possible. Once this project is complete, I'd like to make this map available to the wider Forgotten Realms community, and any interested artists will have full rights to sell the map if they see fit. I simply wish to make it available in some form, and be credited as part of the design.

For design I want full color and full detail with placeable objects (tables, chairs, chests, etc). The format is flexible since the map needs to be to scale (one square = 5 feet). It simply needs to be in a printable format, the actual size of the map doesn't matter to me.

Each floor is on a 8.5x11 sheet of paper, so nothing huge.

I have attached an example of what I expect in terms of color, design, placeables, etc.

There is no timeframe or due date. I am flexible. LIkewise there is no specific budget. We will determine that privately based on your estimate of work.
