My vote for 3 & 5. This is already magnificient. So many details... the kind of map I could stare at for a long time.

So I did add some farmlands.

I'm still wondering want I'm going to put on the western border of the map. Ilanthar side has plenty of mountains and a low population and I'll probably go with something along these lines.
Moving South West the climates become colder because of the altitude. The border with Gamepriter is even colder with a bunch of glaciers scattered in the region.
So far the main distinctive features I could find for a Tibet-like tundra consist in having a lot of lakes. Is there anything else that could be use to depict that sort of geography?

Looks awesome, just confused about the scale. the mountains make it seem big while the farms no more than 20 km across.

I'm not sure how big each farm should be, surely less than 1 square kilometre? Each pixel covers an average of about 1/4 km2 (or 250 000 m2).

Hell of an update Azelor, i hope your wrist still feels like a part of your body! The forests are simply stunning and so perfectly arranged with the rest of this beautifullly detailed map. My favourite part are the meandering rivers and roads running through them, one of the best depictions i've seen so far. Great to see all the effort you put in to this... a strong contender for the "map of the year" already.

This is really a fun map, like the forest and field a lot. The mountains seem a little too monotone, but other than that love it so far, great job!

I had not seen this update ! Very nice. I will have to try to get this incorporated into the big main map.

I think we may have to move all of these mapping threads to archive soon tho to make way for the city mapping. I think you can still get to them and keep posting to it tho. But I think the WIP scraper might have to get freed up for the city sector maps.

Yes, i believe that even within the archive area that the thread is still active and such.
I can still comment to old thread sin the archives now.

But, I'll do a test just to see.

Edit - yep. You can still work with the threads even in the archives.

And by the way Azelor, it is looking awesome.
I am really loving the fields. I love the burning fields you have in there.
