I just joined,I've been making my own D&D maps for a bit.I was wondering if anyone has any advice. I've also been working on new races and monsters and was wondering if anyone new of a good site to share this I do on.

You might check out the "How do I" or "Tutorial" threads of this website to get help starting out.
As far as monster/race development I don't think we have anything here for that. I know there are a number of sites that share such thing but from what can tell it seems to be dependent upon what game system you use.
If you just want to put all your stuff online as it's own thing you might check out Obsidian Portal where you can build your world/campaign and share it as you wish.
