    Thank you everyone.

The shading stage is about 80% finished. All major elevation like mountains, hill etc is done, giving the land its structure and texture is what left.... and the forests, but i will do them as i colour the land probably.

Here's another piece. The small 'ponds' without blue color will depict lava pits.

How many maps like this have you made before? Clearly you've already mastered it. This is fantastic.

    Thanks ChickPea and kacey.

Kacey i am so so pleased with my linework of mountains, shading less.... It is good, but could be better . I still want to improve them because to me they seem too uniform. People who still are learning how to draw, see those like perfect and i tend to act like them, because i am always looking up to the maps way more beautiful than mine wishing to achive what they did.

    Edit.
Josiah VE this is my second map with this style , i drew plenty past 2 years, but have never finished a single one Always something was wrong with shade or colour, just lost patience and left them. Kaherm was the very first map i put all my knowledge and squeeze my skills to limits. I also received great advices from members here that help me patched things i was missing.

Truly stunning. So many great things you've added to increase the depth of this map. Brings tears to my eyes after 30 years of not changing.

Awesome map so far Voolf, looking really good. No wonder your client is so happy with it...

I have a question for you - I notice the rivers are a dark blue whereas all the other water is a completely different shade, is this intentional to highlight the rivers? To me it looks a little off, not that I'm an expert mind.
