WIP - Terracotta Roof Mansion

Located on a small island is this 5-story terracotta roof mansion. While working on my other current WIP - City Street my ADD kicked in. Decided to practice some more pen techniques, etc. Very early stages here. Names are pretty generic for now...take a look. Haven't spent a lot of time on this but hope to soon.

Thanks Sue I'm happy to finally be able to make some time for it.

I'm shooting for "mappy map" - or "artsy map" maybe? I used some texture on most of the grey areas and on the front walk. Not sure if i like that. The front walk I plan on drawing in a cobblestone path vs. what I have now. I really want to practice my trees...they're a bit atrocious but at least they're green
