XXXX is actually called Fourecks and is a parody of Australia. There's a place called Llamedos which is a parody of Wales and has hidden in full sight within its name a sort of militant attitude once common among certain areas of the principality.

Unfortunately the map is a bit small for me to read all the places But there are loads of real world analogues in Discworld(TM).

Already a fan of Pratchett, that's how I got to love Gaiman. It was 20 years ago and I'm still running to the library every time I hear he wrote something new.

I'm not familiar with Discworld either (yes yes, bad geek, I know), but I still think that's a pretty nice looking map. The colors are great and the rhumb lines are really neat. It does look a touch too digital for my tastes, I personally think it would benefit from a stronger paper/parchment texture (but then again, I'm the kinda person who always stuffs at least 7 of them on one map).

Oh, BTW, I checked out your dA page. Those are some pretty cool props you've got there!
