March 2017 Challenge: The Canals of Mars
I started in on making up a steampunk submarine that will be exploring some of the canals of Mars in 1888. After much work I thought I had it, but looking at it now (after a day away from it) I think my sub looks too, well... normal. there is not enough "steam" to it. I may have to rework it. I am not sure now if I have time to finish this. We'll see.

Don't second-guess yourself; it looks ****ing amazing.
Also, as a former submariner, I'll tell you that you're on the right path with your design. The idea behind a submarine is stealth, streamlinedness (yay, I invented a word!), and speed. You've got what looks like a reasonable stab at all three of those while still giving it the steampunk nod with the big clunky side-thingies.
Excellent start, I'd say.
