Quoi de mieux qu'une belle carte pour une carte ?

Fantastic idea and splendid work, Thomas. Though, you've been helped by the quality of the model, no doubt. I love the way you did the shading and colors here, it's both original and successfull.

Thanks a lot Rafal, I'm not as good as you with the terrain shading but your maps help a great deal to get better

You're right Straf, it's indeed a real treasure by itself. About the empty pockets, let's hope the maps will help keep them not too dry because let's be honest, I'm gonna spoil her

Merci beaucoup Julien She's really a beauty, you're right. About the shading, thanks, it seems like I finally triumphed of those forests !

As a father of three, I think that's possibly the sweetest and geekiest tribute to a baby ever. Well done!

You really should get this printed and framed thomrey. It is certainly a unique piece of art and definitely needs to be appreciated by being displayed. If my father had done something like this for me I don't think I'd ever want anything else in the world

Thanks a lot John, I took some inspiration in your Harlasea map for the coloring even if it doesn't always show, it helped me a great deal understanding new ways of coloring so, another thank you for that.

I nailed them this time, let's hope I can nail them again with this style and many others If you have questions, do to hesitate to ask, that's quite simple. Glad you like it

It will be, Straf, it will be and thank you very much, I hope she'll feel the same (especially since she'll have another map made for her ...). Let's hope I have enough inspiration when another critter comes

Beautiful work on this, Thomas. The map looks great. I love the bright, vibrant colours and the forests turned out really well. Most of all, I love the idea behind this. It's a special map and truly one to treasure forever, just like your daughter. I'm glad we at the Guild were able, in a small way, to share that experience with you.
