Up to 5 Maps Potential! Steampunk Custom World

Project Scope:
The scope of the project is for a custom domain forum roleplay site that will be focusing on the genres of Megitech, Dieselpunk and Steampunk. From here, the definite minimum is for the world map, but if the budget allows or I really am take by offers or suggestions by the artist, I would like to get kingdom/region zoomed in maps as well. I'm looking for primarily a geographical map, and if anyone is good with photoshop I do have a design that I would definitely appreciate though entirely optional and secondary as I unfortunately do not have access to the brushes that produced it. I'll be started with 200$CDN to begin with, and certainly negotiable if we go for more maps or produce something with a lot of minute details.

Steampunk with Magical Technology and Dieselpunk.

I'm looking to place down major settlements, landmarks, geographical details and distinctions about the water. The landmasses can be shifted if the artist feels something might flow better in the use for water currents or island placement. I would certainly be willing to add to the price if I could get something like this:

Number of maps:
Primary: One World Map - Geographically styled, to show where the various mountain passes, forests plains and other terrain or landmark features can be found.
Secondary: Maps for the "Wilds", Taiyusha, Congura and Mechai to show finer details and smaller settlements as well as say river systems.

Technical:
I would like something of a 1024 x 1024 resolution to work with, I confess my ignorance on the actual sizes that would be useful for this sort of map. I have a rough sketch of the map and then of the style below I would like to explore, but generally something that allows for settlement placement and landmarks not to become cluttered. It will be used as a web page on it's own as a reference; if the other maps are started they will be used on their own lore pages.
I would be up for greyscale, color or sepia as we are going for the Victorian Britannica appearance.

Copyright:
Remains with cartographer.
Website Publisher retains right to reproduce the maps in the setting sourcebook and for promotional materials.

Deadline:
Fairly Flexible, We'll be doing website programming in the autumn and we'd like to have the website up by next year for a soft launch.

Payment:
Up to 200$CDN For the first map, and using that one as a base up to $50-100CDN for the others depending on how much needs to be added or changed.
