Map Kingdom of Londorwin - Regional Map

    Hi All,

This is my first post, but I've been leaning on this forum as an amazing resource for close to 6 months already. Happy to be able to contribute something myself.

This was the first regional map I made without relying on Inkarnate. Actually, I originally created this regional map in Inkarnate, and was so unsatisfied with it that I redid it. The map was created with a sketch on an iPad Pro imported into Photoshop and touched up heavily. Feedback welcome. Hope you enjoy!

I love the clean looks this has, and its got some great colors! The font is a little more comic-y (ugh I can't think of a better way to describe it) which depending on your intended tone is either working out fantastically or might need to be switched.

Excited to see more from you!

Thanks! And yes, I know what you're trying to say - the intended style of this was definitely not realistic, but I'm not sure how to define it either. However, I'm probably going to try something different next go.

Great first post! The color palette is really nice!

I think you can improve upon it by adding a light paper texture, to tone down the digital feel and increase charm.
Also, if you want to increase realism, the lake and river shapes can be less jagged.

But overall great work! Keep it up!

Very nice Oncertainty! I like the clear look too, but I'm not a fan of the font
