Aug / Sept '17 Lite Challenge: Nelán

Welcome to Nelán, village of mages. Originally, the Arcane Circle was located in more urban areas; however, it is only funny to some when the mayor's son is found to be a literal leech. Yes, even if it is only temporary, please leave this town. After a bit of wandering, the Arcane Circle settled and built a tower in a remote, forest area. They helped the local wildlife and cared for the forest, defending the place from evil. Of course, there was the occasional "intellectual experiment". After some time, there came some non magical mortals who found opportunity here. After all, these spell casters essentially consume ink and paper.

I have quite a few projects that are all pending. I may be able to work on this every once and a while.

Planning is done, I have sketched a general idea of what i want.
