Welcome aboard, UN. That New USA map is crazy! (in a good way - you drew that when you were 7?!?)
Hey guys!
I am a new member here, but I have been drawing maps since I was 7 years old. I started out with hand drawn maps, and recently begun working with software like QGIS to make my maps. I am currently enrolled in university but I make maps along with many other drawings in my free time.

(The map I am currently working on, yes I know it needs some work)
The thing about all my maps is that every single one of them are connected into a larger story I have been working on since I was a child. I hope by joining this community I can improve my mapmaking skills and share my maps with you guys!

I did indeed draw that when I was 7. In elementary school I always carried around a little atlas and tried my best to create my own maps. This is the first map I've drawn that I still have today.

The one you drew when you were just 7
I often wish I had saved my early paintings, because whenever I start to despair that things aren't going the way I want them to go with a new work, it would be helpful if I could remind myself of just how far I've come from those days.
