The clouds are an expert touch. The hexes are just faint enough and the coloring is excellent.
If I had one suggestion for improvement it would be that I think the forests could use a little more depth. The mountain shading is great and the buildings look awesome, but the forests seem a little flat. Maybe one of those "artificial" forests shading or a darker drop shadow would suffice.
