The mapping continues. I'm now at the point where I'm doing the labeling. I'm entering the home stretch, not much left to do. Here's what I have, and I'm still wondering about this text color...

This is just a suggestion, but if you make the glow around the labels black instead of white, decrease the blur and increase the intensity just a tiny fraction, they may show up a whole lot more than they do right now. The white almost seems to be acting a bit like fog because the labels themselves are actually quite pale in colour.

There also seems to be a spacing irregularity in the 'Waters' part of Vieforgras Waters. The 'W' is extremely close to the 'a', which mars an otherwise pretty label. It may be down to the curve you have aligned the text with, or it may be something to do with that font. Either way, you could try adding a space between those two letters, and another space (or 2) between the two words?

On the labels with two lines the tails of letters like 'g' are getting tangled up with the second line. You might have to edit those labels and increase the line spacing so that they disentangle.

Not sure what font this is that you are using, but its an odd one. Normally fonts behave a lot better than that and you don't have to go messing around with the spacing like this by hand.

Oh, I know... I may have to go back in and change the font... which sux, because I actually like it, but it's caused other issues.

I'm sorry, I didn't realize you were waiting for me. I didn't see any questions or anything, so I didn't think you needed any input. I love the direction the map is headed and from what I've seen so far, I have faith that it's going to be amazing when you're finished.

The main thing I'm wondering, at this point, is how you feel about the font colors. I need to know if you are okay with them, or if I should change them.

The only comment I have is that the colour is a bit too orange. I think there was a comment somewhere on here that said you were going for bronze, but it didn't quite make it? That's about it though. The style and font are great choices (though you said you might have to change the font).
