Relief maps on already drawn map?

I made a new Wilbur build and uploaded it to http://www.fracterra.com/software.html for your convenience. It has a couple of very minor new features, but is mostly just cleanup and a build on the current version of VS2015. I included a link for a .zip with just the executable and also updated the links for the correct redistributable. I also stopped trying to offer support for anyone using ancient versions of Windows.

Thanks Waldronate. I did download the exe zip and try it on my Linux Mint 17.3 Rosa and it didnt run. Its possible that I still need the MS redistributable files somewhere. Maybe JohnV can post something about what he did to put the files in the right place.
