Where can I see how much rep I'm able to give out? I know that I need a minimum of posts to be able to give rep at all! I gave RobA rep yesterday because of his great tutorial but it didn't affect his score. It's still "grey" I guess. When I reach the post count necessary to give "true" rep, will he get rep points for my "grey Repping" subsequently? I really like the reputation-mechanic; I didn't know it before.

And I do not believe any rep provided prior to your rep factor going to +1 is retroactively applied, though I could be wrong about that(pretty sure I am not though).

It's based on calculations.

I get the following that I know of:

+1 for every 500 messages. (so +3)
+1 for every Year (another +1)
+1 for every Green PIP (+2)

Hmm... I wonder if Robbie has the settings wrong or if the FAQ is wrong. It's supposed to be per 1000 posts from everything I have read in several places.
