Yndaros - Commission for Järnringen

Hey!

Finally I have finished the city of Yndaros! This is a commission for Järnringen - Symbaroum - a swedish Pen and paper roleplaying company and their upcoming book Yndaros: https://www.facebook.com/jarnringen/...type=3&theater.

This is without doubt my most tedious work. It was created in Sketchup and later Photoshop. I started with Sketchup because I wanted the perspective to be right. I used a plugin called Eneroth Townhouse System. I contacted Christina Eneroth to build me a modified version of the plugin that I am very grateful for (Tack Christina!).

The city is made in Sketchup. I kept only the lines of the buildings.

Oh my oh my.... this is a beauty. I did just a few city maps and way smaller than this, so i can only imagine how tedious the work must have been. The result though... outstanding. Congratz on finishing it. It was worth the wait.

Very very cool. I love playing in games where there are detailed city maps like this. I was in a game with friends and we had this amazing map of Verbobonc (terrible name, but what can one do?) that this reminds me of.
