Default DD3 - problem with rotate function

Hello Cartographers, i´m trying to learn the Pro Fantasy Dungeon Designer 3 - and as always if u learn new things u have thousands of questions .
if i set doors/windows to a wall the automatic rotate never sets doors 100% straight (see picture) the rotatefunction by pressing (shift+Control + mouse) also feels difficult to use, to get it 100 straight. has anyone some adwise? or places where i can find some help? thnx for helping me out.

    Hello Chronist

    How very strange!

I don't think I've seen anything like that before now, but others might.

Could it be, I wonder, that the walls in which the doors are set isn't quite 100% vertical?

Did you use the grid snap to draw the walls, or did you judge it by eye?

PS - if you don't get a solution from any of us CC3ers who hang out at the Guild, you could always try asking your question over at the Profantasy Forum?

The CC3 experts are thicker on the ground over there

I don't use CC3, but DundJinni occasionally does the same thing. It may be a common problem with this type of software. With DJ you can often fix the problem by moving the object a tiny bit, or selecting then unselecting the floor under the object.
