I was looking at re-working the 'Irilian' map from an old White Dwarf magazine a few years back and worked myself into a copyright lather, so did some research - apparently they generally expire after thirty years...all opinions my own, blah, blah. >:)

The only thing i am wondering is - why limit yourself to authors who have passed away? I mean i am not participating, but i think the whole thing would be more open (and interesting...at least to me) if you would not make it so restrictive. IMO and YMMV etc. .

Maybe memorial tribute would have been a better way to phrase it on my part. Just a way of paying homage/respects to some of the great authors that we've lost.
