7. "Engineering" is misspelled (extraneous "i" present).
8., 11., 16. "Auxiliary" should have a single ell.

Overall, I like the layout. I assume there is no obvious place to poop in the living quarters because the toilets retract into the walls when not in use or a similar space-saving design. (Actually, I see what looks like maybe one toilet behind the showers, but surely there would be more than one on a ship of this size... and the captain would have a private toilet, I would think.) Still, I think I'd want to put a toilet on the cargo deck, so the folks working in engineering don't have to go so far when they need to go.
