Help with Labels

Looking good!

The only suggestion I'd make would be to go and clean up the little bits and pieces between and inside the letters, and try to match the tone of the background with your "glow".

I did a 2 min touchup on one title to show what I mean....(yours on top, mine below)

So, last little bit I think. So far the one part I'm stuck on is what to do with the mountains, as their color looks odd as a highlight and using the regular paper looks even more out of place.

So, redid most labels and went a new direction that is hopefully the best of both worlds. This should be the final edit and provided no one has any suggestions I think I'll post it to finished maps and call it a day.
