Wait a minute.... i have my japanese TAX id... and i can use it instead of ITIN...

Mouse does Amazon allow using foreign tax identification number instead of ITIN? I mean it should because in the official IRS document its stated that in order to profi from tax treaty you have to provide ITIN OR foreign tax identification number.

one, you can get an individual taxpayer identification
number (ITIN). To apply for an ITIN, file Form W-7 with the
IRS. It usually takes 4–6 weeks to get an ITIN. To claim
certain treaty benefits, you must complete line 5 by
submitting an SSN or ITIN, or line 6 by providing a foreign
tax identification number (foreign TIN).

That means all you have to do is to provide you UK Tax ID.

Patreon also takes 5% of all your earnings there, so...

Patreaon provides a service of convenience. I personally don't think its a 5% convenience, and in the case of foreigners obviously not all that convenient in the first place. Set up your own page, use social networks to promote and use paypal?

5% is ok fee by me, i know services where they charge 25-30%, that is just daylight robbery.
