Map June / July '18 Lite Challenge: The Road to Borzar

This is only my second post. I hope I do this correctly.

This is a map I finished last night for an adventure we wrote. We needed a map to mark the resting spots for our adventurers. I included a scale so we could see how far 25 miles (the average walking travel time) would be for the distance.

Nice map Anna! However, I'm intrigued : does the river end in the city? Is it a canal? Naturally rivers flow down mountains back to the sea. I like the color tone too, and it's always pertinent to show how much time it takes for the journey!

We have debated on the historical origin of this mysterious river in our worldbuilding. Before we knew anything about geology, this was a spring that spring up after a cataclysmic event. We are so attached to the stories that involve it that we cannot get rid of it.

Welcome to the Challenge Anna! I like the idea of a city built on the site of a natural ( or magical ) spring that is so massive that it is the origin of a large river.
