Can someone make this better

Hey, I am currently in the beginning stages of creating a new campaign. Ive drafted up a map in photoshop and I was wondering if anyone would be willing to improve it (there is plenty of room for improvement).
Money is really tight for me, but I am aware that these things take a lot of time so I am sure we can work something out.
