Sam's Archipelago of Exciting Adventures (SAEA)

Hey there peeps!

I'd like to present a map I did to celebrate the birth of our wonderful (seriously, she's wonderful!) baby daughter, Sam.

Long before we started our own Exciting Adventure, I decided that if I ever would have a kid, they'd grow up in a world of wonder. Ready for the sometimes harsh realities of the outside world, but with an inner world brimming with magic and dreamy visions of faraway places. This map is my first endeavour in creating that inner world for her.

Anna Quindlen once wrote: "Books are the plane, and the train, and the road. They are the destination, and the journey. They are home." I strongly believe the same can be said of maps.
