Default the City-states of the Surrach poster Map

Here's a the complete Surrach map, combining both the West and East portions of the map together, reoriented so that they can both fit on an A2 size (exactly twice the area of the normal A3 size I use for the Atlas Maps).

Anyone interested in checking out any of the entries for the map can look at the Encyclopaedia Excerpt for the Surrach maps.

I've added a partial key so that the map can be enjoyed by itself, since it will not be a part of the Atlas Elyden since it's too big (A2 instead of A3).

Map looks great. I really like the way the mountain labels change size
