You're definitely expanding your limits, Thomas ! I'm forced to mention the clouds too, but also the cute little towns ! ^^

This is a fun map to wander around in. Great work Thomas
Agree with everyone - the desert and clouds are super.
I like the marsh land look as well as that golden volcano

I love the saturated colors... It's kind of new for you, isn't it ? It makes your strokes "softer" (if it makes any sense ?)
    Beautiful map !

Great work, Thomas. It's so bright and colourful! I also love the desert areas. They're fantastic.

Merci Julien I also like the desert as I managed to do it like I want for the first time. I hope they'll have fun with it, indeed.

Thanks Ghostman. I cannot take credit for the desert as I've seen it on many beautiful maps here. No wonder why I wanted to emulate it

Thanks George, you really make my day talking about the compass ! I've been struggling with it with the golds and the jewels. I'm almost tempted to redo it bigger to play with the shades and textures a bit more

Thanks Daniel, I find tehm a bit too cluttered but I must have made a good camouflage if you think so

Oh, I would love to have them moving, that'd make an awesome map ! Thanks Kell

The desert is really my favorite part. It stands out so well in style.

Thanks John About the marsh, I hope I did not overdo the relief. When you say "golden volcano", which one are you talking about ?

    Beautiful map !
Merci Joel Yes, I do not often do such colored maps (mainly because I charge more for those) but I couldn't resist here (the map was meant to be sepia with a way clearer sea).

Thanks a lot Rafal ! I aim for a style without texture but with actual depiction, like you and John often do but I'm not there yet.

Nice work! You're one of those mappers who really have their own distinctive style! And that's one clever way to depict rivers in forests.

You won me instantly with that perspective and the sea color, but then I saw the terrain and the details... gorgeous!

All around I think this is a great map. I like the coloration of it and I think it's among my favorites from you.

Thanks MMM It makes my day that you think so About the rivers, I know DanielHasenbos does them the same way (but more elgantly) and I found the inspiration in Dain's Tanaephis, a great map.
