Honestly, I was randomly lurking on the site and stumbled upon your works. Simply exceptional!
Your control over shading and subtle tones is magnificent.
Oooh... and now I'm blushing for at least 2 days !

I mean it! I'd love to see tutorials or at least WIP pictures, that would be inspiring!
Do you have a FB page? Not a huge fan of Insta.

I'm not on FB, just Instagram and now Deviantart ^^.
I have a couple of WIP here for Kingkel, Tamriel or Dark Souls, and also in some of my past challenges : Frel & Floris, Tirasea, Medölinn and Istia.
Out of curiosity, what kind of tutorials would you be interested in ?

Lurking them right now! Thank you! I'm sure i'll find all i'm looking for by looking at these!
I see you did some quasi-3D works for the perspective! I regularly do that for hand-drawings too, Sketchup is excellent for that kind of work.

Anyways, speaking of Charta: I've had a minor setback when my Hard Drive fell on the floor during a maintenance operation. The manual is now a few hours behind schedule, as i'll have to re paginate it.

I don't play but these tiles makes me question that! Looks awesome! And the bridge is excellent too!

Thank you! The game is close to open beta-testing: The manual got lost in a hard drive crash, and i'm re-writing it. Of course, before making it to the shelves there is a fairly long and complex series of obstacles to overcome. But it's slowly getting there.

Feel free to ask me for advice. I am working as editor, license & production manager and publisher of board games in Germany and have published over 100 Boardgames, since I got into the job.

Meanwhile, for anyone interested, here's the rulebook (with hand-made illustrations!):

Apologies for straying away from the cartographic topic. I'll try to post more Charta maps in the future.
