Wip January 2019 Challenge: Cyberpunk city

I guess this count as a map.
It's a futuristic city were neon, blue lights and tall skyscrapers dominate the skyline.
All the buildings are on scale (1 pixel = 2 m) and have plausible dimensions.
Because of lack of imagination, I incorporated a few existing buildings and a bunch of dummies in the background as filler.
It's not easy to make a modern/futuristic city so I decided to go whit that odd perspective. Buildings don't get smaller the further they are.

The tallest building, the one that looks like a christmas tree, is about 1500m high. We could build something like that today if someone was willing to invest enough money.

The map is almost finished. It's still missing the ground.

It gives me the same buzzy feeling in my brain that I got in Tokyo! I'm impressed that you tackled scale and thought about what we could realistically build.

It's a cool piece, but I struggle a bit to see the map in it at the moment. Some location labeling might help in that regard?

Yea, that was the idea. Although Tokyo doesn't have many tall skyscrapers.

I agree that it's borderline not a map. Or maybe it's just not a perspective that we are used to.
