    Map Hi I'm Chris

Hi, I've been following threads for a few months while I've been working on my first map.
This is still a work in progress.
I've been trying to go for a quasi-realistic look especially with regards to mountains.
Please let me know your thoughts. I appreciate any criticism. I am trying to get as good as I possibly can at this.

    Hi Chris!

Your first map looks nice, I really enjoy the shape of the coastlines of this continent. Your mountains look good too, even if I think they could maybe stand out a bit more. I'm not sure if the tree markers are just placeholders or not, but if they aren't, I'd avoid mixing realistic top-down and hand-drawn/isometric elements on one map. The color scheme right now is a little too muted for my taste too, but I'm a known lover of darker tones so that is most likely just me.

You're off to a fine start here, keep at it. Welcome to the Guild!

Thanks! I appreciate all the input. The trees are just placeholders for now. I am trying to find a way to represent forests more realistically.
