This style of mapping looks amazing! The 3D feel of the map is really cool and some day (probably a long way off) I would like to try my hand at something like this!
The Straits of Qalimbâr - FINISHED
Hey people! This is another personal project I started a while back, to practice a new style of mountains and some other elements that I hadn't done before.
The map shows the southern portion of an important string of straits, and is intended as a visual aid for sailors unfamiliar with the area. For all other information, please check out the map itself!

It's not letting me rep you again so soon but I really like this one, especially the little underground cave on the right side.
I think I might have mentioned this over at DA but this is one of the better ISO regional maps I've seen. Very well done indeed.

I really like the way this looks! I like those mountains, they have an interesting texture to them. I like the 3D perspective also!

Beautiful map, Caenwyr. My favourite part is the deepening ocean fading away at the cutoff. Love it.
