I am really looking forward to seeing the whole map in color... This is extremely promising! I can't wait for the next update!
Thank you so much Ilanthar and MistyBeee
Haven’t updated in a few days, but I have not been idle, spending time on the colour. I mainly have shadows left and hopefully after that I will have time to add even more details and scenes in the city before the end of the challenge. I think I will make it just in time
Below is example from the current stage.

Sigh. Why is every challenge entry so good? How on earth am I supposed to decide?

I’m so happy you guys like it
Another update, but not the final one I’m afraid. Still much to do!
The coloring is as good as done and now I’m just working on refining things I’m not happy with. Tomorrow I’m going to start labeling and work some more on fine details. This will be down to the wire!
Cheers,
Karl

Looking great Karl! I love the colors but I always love the colors you use!
Ooh, lovely colors!
Hello everyone,
For now this will be my final version! Big thanks everyone who supported me along the road and a special thanks to Beee for being such an amazing client. What a fun challenge this has been with so many excellent entries.
I will keep this short and let the map speak for itself. I hope people will enjoy exploring my adaptation of Chêne

Definitely approved for a final version !
I'm in love with each line and every pixel of this map. My only and terrible concern is to find where I'll hang it in my house. Can't find a place in my office (damn sloping ceiling !), so maybe the stairs where I'll see it everytime I climb here ? Or the living room... Ah, decision, decision...!
But joke apart, I just can't imagine a better collaboration for this challenge : thanks so, so much for asking me ! I'm incredibly grateful for all the effort and time you spent for Chêne, and so proud you love the map I drew for you. I still have to send you the final version, and will make sure you have it tomorrow
This map is amazing, I love the faery feeling, and all the details on houses, and... all ^^. Really a good good job !
