Let's try again

I keep getting logged out before I can make a post, don't know what the issue is. I've typed up a big ol post a couple times and I am now out of energy so this last one will be super short. Here's a map I did a year ago, ended up not liking a lot of things about it. If I'm able to actually make this post maybe I'll try again but if not maybe it's just a sign I shouldn't.

I can fully understand what you went through. I believe it is while you are still on your 5 posts or less phase that things are not as smooth. There was a time that I often went through what you are going through, so I learned to have another cartographers guild tab open as I type a long message and then refresh the second tab and sign back in before I post on the first tab. A little round about, but it worked.

Still, these days the site doesn't do it to me anymore and I can take my time. So, I have a feeling it only counts for new people to the site that is below their 5 posts start(Btw, posting becomes easier after 5! Just keep that in mind. Go around the site and post at topics you find interesting and it won't take long to go past that 5 thing.)

P.S. I like the land mass you posted, your colour blending is also at a good place. Keep it up.

Hi, thanks for the reply, I'm glad my post made it through this seems like a cool site, still don't know what the logging out issue was. Glad you like it, I spent far too long on it (in hindsight 13k pixels is probably unnecessary), it was a little frustrating because I got to a point where I realized I wasn't happy with a lot of aspects of the map and felt like I wasted a lot of time. Looking forward to getting back into it though, I'm really hoping to get to a point where I feel comfortable doing commissions.

If anyone has examples of maps they feel inspired by I would love to see them, I'm very interested in ancient historical maps as well as astrological stuff like celestial spheres and geocentric diagrams
