Adarra (WIP) idea for border, clockwork/occult google map interface attempt

So, as is my habit, I have run with some half formed ideas and not even finished the underlying map here, but I started to think that perhaps this map is being viewed through some sort of clockwork/occult rippertech version of a google maps type interface, and to make that the border. What I have there now still needs lots of work, tuning and adjustment to make it come together (and a frame on the sides) and work with the map instead of just being random images stuck on top, but … maybe a start. (And of course I do need to go and finish the underlying map first as well; this is the continent Adarra, that borders the region of my prior map, Kel).

Well, that's certainly creepy. It may be a bit of a challenge to have the map not be overshadowed by the border.
