World Map Commission for a D&D campaign

Hello everyone! I'm a DM for a group in college and have found that the map that I use, while quite adequate, does not really work for what I intend. I'm trying to create a physical copy of the map I have and the style and color I used doesn't really work for that. I am looking for something more realistic then what I have and, obviously, something that I can use to create a real world version.

I realize that none of the cities/village names are provided, but upon the acceptance of my request I can provide them.
