Great entries this month!
I think Greg really pushed boundaries with his interpretation and I really hope that eViLe-eAgLe finishes his map sometime. It's looking very promising...

July's Challenge was to create a map based on a title of "The Sisters".
Several of our members entered and produced some very nice maps so please take a look and cast your vote or votes.
Click thumbnails to see thumbs as well as full size versions.
Don't forget to rep those entries you enjoyed, most artists need all the encouragement we can get and it's surprising how much it means coming from your fellow peers.
Voting will last for 3 days so we can stay on track for the upcoming August Challenge.
Great work everyone who entered, thank you for sharing with us!

Think I made the 3 sisters thing too subtle since most of it is lore which I could not really get across on the map, Mydin = Maiden, Moteri = Mother, and Hacron = Hag/Crone.
I only allowed myself 1 vote this month since there are not so many entries so that was tough.
evil_eagle - this is looking gorgeous and I'd like to see it finished.
godofmoxie - I really love the shields and overall the whole piece just fits together and that's why I cast my vote your way.
ifrix - This is a really good entry. The only nitpick I had is the smooth lines you used to delineate the mountains are the same as the rivers. Great backstory, I don't think you overdid it putting that effort in.
Mimine - This is beautiful and I could see it on the cover of a sci-fi novel.
Tiana - Enjoyed the change of concept you used, it gave me a smile.
Greg - Sorry you didn't find time to get it going, been there, maybe next time.
I could have voted for all of the finished ones for one reason or another so good job everyone.

Very tough this time round. All the entries were great (or had the potential to be great once finished) and such a wonderful variety. I also limited myself to one vote, and it went to Tiana.

Jeez, this looks different than when last I looked.
@Jaxilon True if I win but I could still make maps on the lite challenge map theme if it's a cool one just can't win (which is sad from award mixmax standpoint).
Congrats Moxie ! And congrats to all the other challengers as well : just a few entries, but all interesting and deserving some attention !
Thanks Bee, It was pretty tough everyone had some cool ideas for this one and no maps feel alike to me.
