Aug/Sept '19 Lite Challenge: Evermore

For this challenge, I've picked the song -the Battle of Evermore- By Led Zeppelin (One of my favorite bands)

I got pretty much everything in my head right now but one thing. I want to incorporate the lyrics in the map but I am unsure how. A part of the song speaks of "The magic runes are writ in gold to bring the balance back..." I might use a runic font in a gold color for the lyric and turn it as a frame maybe. I struggle a lot to do frames but I will definitely give it a try.

I also want to try a few new thing that I have never did before if time is in my favor.

For now here is the continent outlines with the concept of the map according to the lyrics.

Ah very nice. Led Zeppelin actually have great songs for this challenge. I really like that tail part of the map, (I'm sure there's a geographic term for that land marking) it reminds me of a part of Antarctica.

"Apple Threes"?

"Apple Threes"?

I hope "Apple Threes" are a tiny fluffy red rodent that subsides predominantly on apples during apple harvest time, and they can be domesticated but boy can they strip an orchard, so a lot of people kinda hate them, even though they're the cutest things ever. They're in the Typo family, which proliferates throughout the valley region in Autocorrectia.

Anyway, I think the map's adorable and I love how you've handled the water shading.
