Filling the gaps with Google earth pictures. Now merging the different images to make it look homogeneous.

Hi all. I´m starting to give shape to a map for a Wargame about the Siege of Sevastopol in 1942. I intend to post here images and comments of the making process.
First Thing I did was a pencil drawing of the region topography. Then I started to search for aerial images of the period, wich were really hard to find but managed to fill large zones of the map with actual pictures wich i beleive will give an "authentic" look to the map. My next step will be filling blank areas to blend with the pictures, so changelling.
