The drawing and iconography on this map is stunning. I love what you've done up at Spectrum Lake especially.

I see some very good skills here and I'm sure if you stick with it you will only get better and better.

It's a very interesting and obviously personal map since it's based around things you deal with and I must applaud your courage to lead off with something like that.

I would also say that everyone is dealing with something and some of our issues are more up in your face than others. It would be nice if everyone was more supportive of their fellow human beings.

Having said that, this is a pretty awesome place as far as encouraging people goes. The Cartographer's guild has to me been one of the best web sites I have ever came across.

Personally, I think we as humans are all over the bell curve and there are a lot of people who have tendencies in various areas but are never diagnosed one way or the other. The only thing I hate is when we allow ourselves to be painted into a corner where we have no power to control or direct our course. It doesn't mean it's going to be easy and we may have to work harder than others but I'm just not willing to let what I can do be dictated by a diagnosis. So, bottom line, you do you and let everyone else be impressed.

Great basis for a map. It might make an interesting challenge to "map your realities".

I'm glad you decided to join up and get involved.

Wow thank you all for your kind words, comments and support. That means the world to me really, and I’m super glad I shared and made this map. I really look forward to see more of what everyone will make and also see what I have in mind get clearer and clearer. I’m currently working on a map of a lake near where I live where cormorants n’est and it’s pretty and I hope it will show some improvement. ☺️

    It's a wonderful map.

I will say that as a parent of a teen with autism, any guideposts to help me navigate being the best parent I can be for him are much appreciated.

    Thanks
I’m sure you’ll do great, you can also dig a lot of info online, a lot of autistic people tell their story and try to educate anyone who’s interested !
I’m don’t feel qualified enough to say « ask away any question » yet so I hope you can find all the help you need x)

As someone who has spent a lot of time around autistic people, I can vibe with every area on this map, because they are all so true.

Glad to see you taking a really unique approach, I'm looking forward to seeing more of your work!
