Wonderful style and colors, I can't wait to see this piece labeled! I don't think I would bother with filling lakes like you did the sea though. Another thing that bothers me is the blue mushroom forest; it kind of makes the whole island disappear, but I don't know how I would fix that.

I like it! It is a really nice map. Nothing really pops out as something that might need tweaking.
I do enjoy how you did the set pieces for the map, the hexagons and the stripes to point to where.
