This is so good. I think the blending of colors from the green flat lands into the brown mountains is just perfect. I was looking at this map while I planned out colors for my challenge in progress!

I saw it on my tweeter feed, and she instantly stopped my scrolling! What a beauty!
The bright and warm tones catch the eye, the details are neat, the light and the contrast are very strong, very worked out... It goes so well with the title!
And then this texture : so present ! It really adds detail to the landscape. A bit "raw" details that contrast with the fineness of the forests and villages!
And all the elements like the frame, the compass, the titles are so whimsical and coherent ! Very nice work!

Wonderful work. Your use of colors is perfect for my taste and your work on the illustrations is grandiose, it gives you an instantly recognizable style. And in addition the text is in French ...
One question if you allow me : the size in inches match to a 72 dpi monitors size ? Or a 300 dpi ?
Blue and gold... it seems to be a royal banner and with your sigil, you are the king of mapping, aren't you ?

Wow, thanks a lot for the kind words ! With so many talented and inspirational cartographers around, I'm far from being the king of anything, though I admit blue is my favourite color.

By the way, the exact size of the map is 6452 x 8000p, 300dpi.
