Regional fantasy map in a realistic style

I'm looking for a map of the starting region for our D&D campaign, in a style similar to this map. Realism around geography - rivers start at mountains and end in seas; lakes have both inflows and outflows, etc etc - is important.

Quality/size wise, I'd like this to be at least A3 size at 300DPI.

I need a fairly quick turnaround; the campaign starts a week from today, and I'd like to have the map ready for the players then. I'm happy to pay a rush premium, pick someone quickly, and be very repsonsive to any questions in order to achieve this.

The map should feature a small town, Oakhurst (from the Sunless Citadel module), with a larger town about 2 days' travel (~50 miles) away. There should be a half dozen other cities and towns of various sizes; names and locations are up to the cartographer, as long as they fit with the fantasy theme.

The conceit of this world is that larger towns in a region are connected together by a portal network, which anyone can use, while the area further from the portals is controlled by actual dragons, who make passage between regions all but impossible. Towns that have portals should have an indicator of that on the map.

I'm happy to expand on any details needed, but there's also a lot of room for the mapmaker to define attributes here; we're still exploring what this world looks like ourselves, and more creative input is great!

Payment wise, please let me know what you would charge for such a map with a 1-week deadline.

I can't do the fully rendered painted stuff in that timeframe, but like, I did this in 3-4 days... for $300, so it's literally an exact example of what you want having been done before.
