Map for fantasy novel

Hi, I'm writing on a fantasy novel and looking for help to upgrade the (very basic) map I drew myself.

The inscriptions are in german but I imagine that isn't a huge problem. The finished map should serve to a) motivate me to keep writing and b) maybe one day inspire a publisher to consider my book.

In terms of style I'm thinking of the kind of simplistic maps you usually find in fantasy novels, so black and white and not too big, some mountains, rivers, maybe forests, and some decorative stuff to frame it all. Right now the coloured lines mark the paths of the different protagonist and I want to keep those but obviously the colours have to be replaced with something else.

I'm looking for someone who is able to keep the basic outline of my map (since many of the distances/towns/landmarks have already been written into the story) while also giving me some good ideas on how to make the map look more interesting and natural. Also, time is not a big issue, I'm not in a hurry right now.

I can fill in the gaps in your map design if you need help. I also know a little bit of German so your names aren't really a problem, and anyway, most of the time there are a few typos to correct. Maps will have no impact on your future publisher, in fact they may want to have it made in house and they would pay for it if you held out until then. Getting a commissioned map would only help you fill out the world building gaps now and motivate you by inspirational presence, and be something you could place into your self published book.
