Any fluent Russian regulars?

I'm delving into a new language, Russian.

I'm curious to know if there are any fluent/conversational speakers roaming around these fine forums. Considering the very diverse culture we have around here, I feel the chances are good, and it would be so nice to know who I can bounce language stuff off of.

I had a lot of Russian friends when I lived in Colorado for my 5.5 year stint, hence my interest in learning the language. I always did love the harsh inflections of the vocabulary.

I appreciate you reaching out, WW! My studies have fallen a bit short due to being back to two jobs, but I'm steadily working back into a rhythm, so those studies are resuming shortly.

Some of these words really are difficult to pronounce, though. Like 'хохот', what a mouth noise, my god.
