Shadows and lights effects are done... I added a shade on the background.
I have added the text of the sign that blocks the road to the city gates. As English is not my mother tongue, thank you very much if anyone can point out any errors, grammar mistakes, etc.
I think I'm more or less finished, but I'm happy to take criticism and comments. I still have time to make corrections or change things.

Somewhere dark and rather dangerous...and also inhabited by these confounded mosquitoes.

I fixed some mistakes and added a title... I wonder if it doesn't take too much space over the map (I don't want that the title prevent to see the entrance of the cave behind the waterfall)

Why not put the title on the right? Is it because of the legend (not sure what you call that when it's not actually a legend, except in this case I guess it is an actual legend of past occurrences) also being on the right?

Exactly... I thought the whole picture was out of balance with both text on the right... don’t you find ?

Really great work Jo, this turned out amazing.
Wonderful use of isometric perspective to give a detailed and layered feeling to this map.
I have to say I'm a fan of the LOTR dwarves, so all the little details and architecture is really wonderful get lost in. Really love the cliffs too, great use of shading overall to make the perspective look really natural. The lighting in the cavern is also another highlight. And of course the dragon and the gold are great. And the waterfall... And.. well okay I just like it all!
