This is a lovely town layout. I like how there is a sizeable amount of forest to the south so as to dwarf the town and give a sense of the wider world. Plus you can stick legends or anything else there

Or you could push the hag deeper into the forest.

There will be more stuff in this forest, I just hadn't decided yet.
Now that I pushed the lore a bit more, there will be a place where there's a demon trapped by wards, and ... well, still deciding on wether there will be portals, or some other stuff.
Need to get that lore decided in the meantime.
